Chicken Egg Rolls


This was my first time making egg rolls.
First I cut up chicken breasts into small pieces and cooked thoroughly. Then added a couple Tbls. of soy sauce, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1/4 cup of wine(added 1 Tbls. of cornstarch to the wine).

In a separate pot I cooked a bit of shredded broccoli, cabbage, carrots (pkg. at the Walmart) in butter. Then added a jar of canned carrots.
I then combined the two in one pan. Let it cool for about an hour or so.
I put about a Tbls. of mix in the corner and to wrapping it like a gift box. Sealing it with a drop of cornstarch/water mix.
Gently place in my pan of oil and fry until golden.
