Easy Crustless Cheesecake

Crustless Cheesecake with Blackberry Topping

8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/3 C sugar or substitute
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Sour Cream
1 egg

In a bowl mix all the above ingredients together. Pour into a greased pie plate. Bake in a 350* oven for 35-40 mins. Cool for about 20-30 mins. Serve with your choice of topping
