Easy Bake Chicken Legs


5 lbs chicken legs, defrosted
1 gal. bag
add to the bag, 2/3 cup flour, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. parsley... seal bag and mix
In two 13x9 pans...smear a cube of butter each pan......add two drums to the bag and coat then place in pan....repeat until pans are full.
Bake 450* oven or grill ....turning every 15-20 minutes....for 1hr or until chicken reaches 180* internally
