The Best Pork Chops
4-1" thick pork chops ( as you can see mine were little thin, 12 is what I used)
2-4 large eggs(depending on how many chops)
salt/pepper( montreal seasoning works too)
onion powder
garlic powder
italian seasoning or herb seasoning
1 C. of seasoned bread crumbs
1 C of parmesan in a can
Beat 2 eggs together in a bowl
In another bowl mix the remainder ingredients together
Dip pork chops in eggs then place in bowl of bread crumb mix
make sure all is covered with breading mix
Place in a greased pan(use pam spray if handy)
When you are finished with this process place the pan or pans in a 400* oven for 15 mins then carefully flip chops and cook for another 15-30 mins or until done (golden brown)
These turned out really moist!!! Three people eating and only 1 chop left!
