Cinnamon Roll Quick Bread
Yesterday I was over at "The Rehomesteaders" Blog and she had a recipe on there that I could not resist making called " Cinnamon Roll Quick Bread ". I copied off the recipe and this is what I got..... Recipe at the bottom of this post taken directly from Rachael's site..... Mine did not come out like her picture looked but it is delish! RECIPE: Ingredients : Bread 2 cups flour 1 Tablespoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 cup milk 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream Swirl Topping 1/3 cup sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 2 Tablespoons water Glaze 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon milk Preheat oven to 350F and spritz a bread pan with cooking spray.
